Your privacy is important to COVI Canada (“COVI Canada”, “we, “us”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and share personal information of visitors to our website. This Privacy Policy does not apply to how we handle personal information in the course of providing services, including but not limited to the COVI app. The COVI app’s privacy policy is available here.
When used in this Privacy Policy, the term personal information means “any information about an identifiable individual”. This may include, as an example, your email address and contact details. Information that is aggregated and/or anonymized and cannot be associated with an identifiable individual is not considered to be personal information.

Facebook. This site uses a Facebook pixel in order to record information concerning the way in which visitors use our website. This pixel records and provides Facebook with information concerning such use, such as the browser setting of the user, a hashed version of the Facebook ID and the URL which is being visited. These circumstances include situations when permitted or required by law or when necessary to protect COVI Canada, our employees, users of our services, or others. Your personal information may in some cases be transferred to jurisdictions outside Canada.
